Classes, Workshops, and Events

“A good teacher must not only know what she teaches, but also be able to set afire her students’ interest and dedication. Such a spark does not generate itself alone; no, the teacher has to be aflame herself. She must not only know but must love her profession passionately.”

– Marguerite Wildenhain “The Invisible Core”

“Over the past few years, I have taken three of Tiffany’s multi-week classes, and in each case, I felt inspired and connected to the process, and I had fun. Tiffany has a true passion for teaching, and her love of pottery is contagious. As well, she is a fabulous instructor: she is extremely good at working with a group of potters of all skill levels, teaching the basics in an easy-to-understand way, and engaging each student in their own process. Tiffany’s classes are efficient, productive, and enjoyable; I would recommend her as a teacher to anyone who wants to learn more about, and experiment with, all that goes into making a beautiful clay pot.” -Michelle

“We’ve known Tiffany and her beautiful work for a long time in the valley. When we realized she had a date night pottery class we signed up to celebrate our anniversary. We had never made pottery before and were super excited for the experience. She is an awesome teacher, very patient and knows when to step in to support you. It was really fun to have this experience together and our pottery turned out amazing! Tiffany is very generous with her time, knowledge and what you leave the class with. She sets up the whole experience to have fun and to connect with your partner in a new way. It was one of the best anniversary gifts we gave each other. We can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our clay date!” ~S&B
